1. Does your wife use your real name or a nickname on her blog?
My real name is Thomas, but nobody calls me that – so even though I feel TJ is my real name, she calls me by my nickname on her blog.
2. If you had a blog, what would the title be?
TJ’s Technology Talk. I’ve been thinking about publishing all of the notes I’ve taken with setting up web servers, programming in PHP/Python/Javascript and using AngularJS, tips on the Arduino and Raspberry Pi – but then I think about how much work it will be so that’s as far as it gets.
3. Do you ever feel ignored by her because of the blog?
Not really. When she’s blogging it gives me time to read magazines and books and watch TV shows she’s not interested in. I think her Weekend Snapshot posts are really cool because we can look back years from now and have the fun we’ve had written down and easy to reflect on. I also win every time she makes a recipe because I get to eat it!
4. How has her blog changed or evolved throughout your relationship?
We started a project called 3 Minute Kitchen, which was just recipes and each one had a video, pictures and a written blog post. It became a lot of work. She had a personal blog where she did a few posts and then branched off to create Rainstorms and Love Notes to be a mix of the two.
5. What is your favorite post on her blog?
I really enjoy Weekend Snapshots, but really anything with me in it, just kidding – although the ‘Our Love Story’ post is really nice. I like all of her posts and she’s really grown with her photography and editing skills. I also enjoy when she asks me to help her do something for the blog or help her with ‘coding’.
Hope you enjoyed getting to know my favorite guy!

This was such a fun little post and I loved reading your husband answer questions! I am currently going through a break up and although having a broken heart hurts, this little post rekindled a little hope in the love department. So thanks for that <3
