Happy belated Valentine’s Day and happy Secret Recipe Club day! This month, I was assigned Simple and Savory, a blog about simple, delicious, and healthy recipes, written by Anne. Her blog has a whole stash of healthy recipe ideas, which made it hard to choose what to make! I had my eye on her Black Bean Hummus, Jalapeno and Cheddar Cauliflower Bites, and Black Bean Soup in a Slow Cooker, but I just couldn’t resist making her Chocolate Peanut Butter Slice.
In fact, instead of buying a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day this year, TJ and I snacked on this delicious (and healthier) chocolate instead. So, if you’re thinking of going out to buy discounted Valentine’s Day chocolates this week, try making your own chocolate instead!
