I’ve been completely obsessed with smoothies lately. (Kind of like my cinnamon obsession…) I think it must be due to the warm weather? Basically, I just can’t get enough of them.
I love that they’re easily customizable.
I love the tiny pieces of ice in every sip.
I love that they can be enjoyed for breakfast or lunch.
I love that you can throw almost anything into the blender and it will be delicious.
Almost. Within reason.

Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies
ingredients:
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/2 cup milk
1 cup ice
instructions:
Put a little splash of milk in the bottom of the blender. Add in the banana, peanut butter, and honey.
Add in the ice and the remaining milk.
Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Pour into a glass to serve.
Enjoy!

sounds good except i don’t like milk:( maybe i would try to make a recipe with oj 🙂
