Right now, it’s my favorite time of the week – Friday night. That’s right, I like Fridays better than Saturdays. I think it’s because the whole weekend is still ahead of us, and Monday still seems so far away. Anything seems possible on Friday night!
As the weather continues to get warmer, I’ve been on the hunt for cold and refreshing drinks. This Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie is my new favorite! It’s not too sweet, just a bit tart, and extremely refreshing. Bonus: it makes for a delicious and filling breakfast. Let’s get to blending!

Serves 1
ingredients:
2 kiwis
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp honey
1 cup ice
2 tbsp orange juice
instructions:
Peel the kiwis and chop into small pieces.
Throw the kiwi, pineapple, ice, honey, and orange juice in a blender.
Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
