PB and J Smoothie

IMG_0836-title
It’s Secret Recipe Club day again! These monthly posts always make me realize how quickly time goes by – it seems like I was just writing March’s SRC post, and here I am doing June’s already. Life is crazy, man. This month, I was assigned Mangia, written by Chelsy. She’s got all kinds of yummy looking recipes, and a lot of them are Gluten Free, so if you’re looking for a variety of GF recipe ideas, Chelsy is your girl!

I was so torn about what to make this month, because honestly, everything on Chelsy’s blog looked delicious! I thought about making her Brown Butter Peanut Butter Chip Cookies, Very Vanilla Bean Meringues, and Simple Lemon Chicken, but eventually I settled on making this PB and J Smoothie. Let me just say, it was a GOOD choice, because this smoothie is amazing!

I didn’t have vanilla almond milk, so I used regular milk and added a little vanilla, and it worked out perfectly. This is such an easy and tasty breakfast, and I’ll absolutely be making it again soon.

This sounds unique…lol…I love PB and Jelly sandwiches, I love strawberry smoothies, and PB smoothies…not sure how I’d like them combined in a smoothie…how silly, huh?! LOL. Great choice though. Visiting from Group C as well
