I received a copy of “Love Letters” by Hannah Brencher from Blogging for Books in exchange for an honest review. Now, let’s get to the fun stuff!
As if the second half of my blog name didn’t give it away, I’m into love notes. And also just notes and letters in general. In fact, I think snail mail is one of the best things ever, and I hate that it’s largely been replaced by quick snippets of digital correspondence. So, when I got this book that’s dedicated to the art of snail mail, I instantly fell in love with it.
The idea of the book is simple: it’s full of pretty, patterned lined paper that can be folded into an envelope, complete with an adhesive area, just like a standard envelope.
I love that the paper and envelope are all in one, and that they both happen to be covered in super cute patterns. All you have to do is write a note for someone special, turn the paper over, address it, and add a stamp. With this book, there’s really no excuse to not send out friendly notes to your friends and family!
Oh, and best of all: if you’re feeling stumped on what to write, the front of the book comes with a list of creative note ideas. It’s perfection.
If you’re looking to get into the habit of writing more letters, I’d highly recommend Love Letters!
Are you obsessed with snail mail like I am? What are your favorite places to get pretty stationery?
