TJ has been in the mood for a mousse for the past couple of weeks, but since I’m a nut, and I’ve had my blogging recipes for the year schedule out since December, I told him to wait a bit until it was time for this one. Well, TJ’s verdict is in, and this mousse was definitely worth the wait.
It tastes, well, just like a cheesecake, but with a definitively mousse-y quality. What am I even saying? Haha, basically just know that this is delicious, and the title of it describes exactly what it tastes like. Sometimes, there’s just no more to say than that!
