Roasted Garlic and White Bean Dip

Super-Bowl-Week3Are you getting sick of hearing about the Super Bowl yet? I hope not, because there are still two days left in the week, and I’m not about to stop. Today we’re talking about another simple recipe to make for the big day.

This Roasted Garlic White Bean Dip is perfect for Super Bowl Sunday, because all you have to do is blend all the ingredients and throw it in a slow cooker for 2 hours. As far as the taste goes, it’s fairly mild (I was initially worried that six cloves of garlic would be too overpowering, but it wasn’t at all!) and I think it would be extra tasty with flavored crackers. The texture reminds me a lot of hummus, which, let’s be honest, is never a bad thing.
