I’m pretty sure we’ve all been on Amazon before, with an item sitting in our cart that we know we really don’t need, and yet, it calls to us. “You know you want me, nay need me.” That’s right, those convincing Amazon items say words like “nay” So, even though you don’t really need that off-the-wall product, you let it sit in your cart – maybe even overnight – until you finally say “Why not? I deserve it!”, and you click that final submit button.

You guys totally do that too, right?

Well, that’s the exact situation I had when I ordered this popsicle kit. Sure, I don’t really need to have the ability to make my own popsicles, but I want to make them, and I deserve it! Justification, my friends, is a beautiful thing. While I was waiting for my fancy new kit to arrive, I immediately started thinking about what I wanted to make first, and I pretty quickly landed on the creamy orange goodness that is a creamsicle (does anyone else occasionally call them dreamsicles?) They turned out to be delicious, and I can confidently say that while I didn’t really need this popsicle kit, I sure don’t regret buying it, and can’t wait to make tons of different recipes with it.

Those look absolutely delicious! Dreamsicles is a brand of Creamsicles or the name one company uses, I know I’ve seen it on a box before.

Yum! I love creamsicles! I just bought a popsicle mold, too. I was going to post about the Nutella fudgesicles I made, but they all wouldn’t come out of the popsicle mold without breaking off the stick. Haha…Oh well, I’ll try again with another recipe. Maybe I’ll try these out next. 🙂 Now following you via GFC, by the way.
