DIY: Eucalyptus Mint Sugar Scrub

In need of a last-minute Christmas present for your friends or family? You can quickly make up a batch of this DIY sugar scrub with only 4 ingredients. This scrub will help keep your skin moisturized and smooth during the harsh winter months – just apply a small amount over your body before you shower, and rinse off with warm water. The eucalyptus mint scent is a stress reliever, so when you use it, you’ll be doing your body and your mind some good.

supplies:

1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup almond oil
5-7 drops eucalyptus mint essential oil (I found a wide variety of scents at AC Moore)
5 drops green food coloring
mason jar, for storage

instructions:
Throw the sugar in a small bowl.

Slowly add in the almond oil, stirring until you get a soft consistency, that is not too oily.

Add in the essential oil and the food coloring.

Stir until thoroughly combined.

Place the scrub in a mason jar, and use regularly.
