Last Sunday, TJ drove up to Rochester, NY (his hometown), on Wednesday, I flew up to meet him, and on Sunday, we drove home together. We usually try to make it up there at least twice a year, and this was our first time since Labor Day. It was so much fun to hang out with TJ’s family, and his friends who have also become my friends over the years. The weather was absolutely perfect this time, and we were able to do some fun stuff like walk along the pier at “the beach”. They call Lake Ontario the beach up there, but I kept teasing TJ by saying that it’s really just a lake. All semantics, I guess. Here are some more shots from our trip!

Oh no! Haha, you’ll have to tell me about your Rochester nightmares. The last time we were there, we went to Watkins Glen and drove around the Finger Lakes on our way – so stunning! I would definitely like to spend more time there next time.
