It’s Cara Box reveal time again! But, before I get into the fun stuff I got in my box, I’m excited to say that our cat Riley is famous! Well, Raleigh famous. She was featured as the pet of the day on our local news channel yesterday, and naturally, TJ and I are geeking out about it. Check out the short video below to see her big debut!

Now onto the August edition of my Cara Box. The Cara Box Exchange was started by Kaitlyn over at Wifessionals. Every month, each participant is paired up with two ladies, one to send a box to, and one to receive a box from. It’s so much fun to spend the month getting to know new friends and discovering their blogs. This month, I was paired up with Megalin over at My Random Lovelies (to send a box to) and Heatheer from Life’s Adventures (to receive a box from). Both girls were so sweet, and I had a lot of fun getting to know them.

Megalin will be doing a post about the box I sent her, and below is what was in my box from Heatheer!

1. A silver glitter picture frame: This will be perfect for a picture of me and TJ. We actually don’t have many pictures in our house, and I’ve been wanting to add some more, so this works out great.

2. A pink notebook: Heatheer recommended that TJ and I use this notebook to create a bucket list together, and I absolutely love that idea! I can’t wait to sit down and think about the things that we want to do together over the rest of our lives.

3. M&M scented candles: Do these even need an explanation? Candy scented candles are a win.

4. Nail polish galore: I’ve talked about my love of nail polish countless times, so I’m obviously so excited about my new stash! The only question is, which color should I wear first??
