I’m sitting here, trying to think of a fun story, or a great way to hype up this recipe that I’m sharing, but I’m completely drawing a blank. And sometimes, that’s ok, right? Sometimes it’s ok to just say, “hey – this recipe is tasty, and you should make it!” So, today I’m leaving out the fluff, and just saying that this is a really tasty dinner recipe. It’s easy, it’s delicious, and you should throw it into your regular dinner rotation.
Sometimes, no fluff is needed, right?

Layer half of the pasta mixture in a small baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup of each cheese.
