You guys. Football season is so close, and I am flipping out, over the moon excited. I always enter the season overly optimistic, sure that the Steelers will make it to the Super Bowl again, and bring home the Lombardi trophy for the 7th time. Will they really? Time will tell, but each team only has a 1 in 32 chance to do it, so realistically, it’s a long shot that we’ll make it there. Does that make me believe it any less though? Absolutely not, and that is the magic of football season. It allows me to tap into the sense of magic that I used to so fervently believe in as a child. To me, at the beginning of football season, anything is possible, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
These incredibly easy baked mozzarella sticks are the perfect football snack, and they taste so much better than the frozen kind, so really they can’t be beat.
