I haven’t shared a DIY project in a long time – mostly because I haven’t done one in forever. Sometime a few weeks ago, I got it in my mind that I want to put together a gallery wall in our bedroom, so I’ve started working on ideas for what to frame, and this is the first result. It was such an easy project, and I’m really happy with how it turned out! Trust me, this will be one of the easiest projects you ever make. You can make this to fit any size frame, but these instructions are for a 5 x 5 print.
supplies:
white cardstock
scissors/slicer
heart hole punch
pages of an old book
red solid or striped scrapbook paper
ruler
glue stick
picture frame
instructions:
Cut the cardstock to 5 x 5 using scissors or a slicer.
Use the hole punch to cut out 8 hearts from the pages of a book and one from the scrapbook paper.
Use a ruler to line up the hearts on the cardstock and glue one at a time.
Frame and display in your home!
