White Chocolate Mochas

2014-1-20-048-edited-withtextUp until about 3 years ago, I wouldn’t touch coffee with a 10 foot pole. I just didn’t care for the taste, and I wasn’t interested in changing my tune. Then, one day in the spring of 2011, TJ grabbed a peppermint mocha frappuccino and offered me a taste. Whoa. It was insanely good. So good, in fact, that we went back into Starbucks to get one of my own.

Over the last 3 years, I’ve grown to like coffee quite a bit more, but I still prefer it to be loaded with all kinds of flavors. These White Chocolate Mochas sure do hit the spot on a chilly day, and the white chocolate adds a nice smoothness to the drink. In short, this is my kind of coffee.
