Happy May! I’m pretty sure I say this every month, but I can’t believe that we’re already in the 5th month of the year. Doesn’t it seem like we were just ringing in the New Year? May is always a fun month – it reminds me of being back in school, and the start of summer vacation. Even though I no longer get 3 months off every year, it still feels like the start of a relaxing and carefree time. And while hot weather is not my favorite, I still gladly welcome May for all that it represents.

Things I’m looking forward to in May:
-Celebrating my mom’s birthday (tomorrow!) with our family.
-Making our moms feel special on Mother’s Day.
-Having a 3-day weekend for Memorial Day.
-The release of Arrested Development, Season 4 on May 26th (total binge-fest alert!)
