Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Is there a better football snack than chips and dip? This loaded baked potato dip is not only delicious, but it’s also incredibly simple to make. It essentially takes all the toppings of a loaded baked potato, and turns it into a creamy, hearty dip that would be equally delicious served with waffle fries or potato chips, like we did. We lightened this dip up a bit by using non-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream – you really cannot tell a difference in the taste.

ingredients:
4 fully cooked bacon slices (we used the microwavable kind)
8oz non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika

instructions:
Microwave the bacon according to the package directions. (I was skeptical about microwavable bacon, but it was actually pretty good).
Once you’ve drained it, let it cool and then crumble into tiny pieces.
Combine the Greek yogurt and the bacon in a medium bowl.Throw in the cheese……and the hot sauce.

Stir in the pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Chill for at least and hour, and serve.Loaded Baked Potato Dip
